Develop new revenue opportunities while also increasing connection to and drawing support from our immediate local community.

We have been exploring a novel fundraising and development strategy around the idea of a point of sale “round-up” campaign, launched in partnership with local retail businesses who would propose "rounding up" change from a sale to go towards this local community serving non-profit. 

Related activities and actions would include conceptualizing an operational model, a business and partnership model, and an execution model.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
Success would be establishing a set of local businesses who want to support our work specifically in furtherance of this project, or more generally in the hopes of developing collaborative solutions to resource gathering and sharing. Measurably, we'd like to create at least 50 connections to local business and materially add a revenue/contribution stream for Greenwich House programs and projects.
