  1. Finding at least 3 ways to improve process and how to implement. Specifically weak areas: financing (ach/echeck), customer flow, ease of process.
  2. Having an SOP for referral plan and getting at least two partners onboarded through this process in the first 2 weeks after launch,
  3. Having at least one active dashboard for our largest partner to see how many activations they've had, how many NGO's have been supported, etc.
