Broadway Advocacy Coalition recently completed a 3 year strategic plan on order to tailor our programming more precisely to our mission and focus. We have since decided to sunset two of our programs and focus in on four remaining core programs. 

Over the next two years, we will focusing on evaluating the efficacy of these four programs and refining them accordingly. In order to do this, we have determined that we need to build out a more robust evaluation system so that we can more easily assess the efficacy of each program. We are hoping to evaluate each of the four programs with respects to a.)systems-level impact b.) individual / participant-level impact and c.) organizational feasibility.

Through the support of an NYU Wagner Graduate student, we are hoping to support a student in taking the lead on building out our existing evaluation system  as well as analyzing the results of these evaluations.

This project would be a success if the organization was left with a clearer understanding of which aspects of each of our core programs needed further refinement, as well as which aspects of each of our programs are delivering strong results. The ideal deliverables for this project would be 2-3 new program evaluation tools, the successful execution of an evaluation plan for all four core programs, and a concluding report including analysis of the evaluation results.
