create an ai process that is embedded within the current Athenica phase 1 report structure.  Understand how phase 1s are written to create an LLM model that assists the EP with drafting a report, to have the LLM sift through the large amounts of documentation that is necessary to create this report.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
Reducing environmental professionals time spent reviewing documentation for phase 1 reports.
Measurably less time spent on phase 1 reports, must be less than 25 hours per report, the goal would be to cut the time in half as to make these reports more profitable.
