Founded in 1964, we hold a legacy rooted in fighting for equal opportunities to economic empowerment. We are a community based, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) that provides programs and services in the areas of youth development, adult education, youth, workforce development, affordable housing, financial literacy, community health, and civic engagement. Our programs and services have helped Hartford area residents overcome barriers to achieve their life goals.
