Collaboration Overview
About Students
Projects for our Finance students should be about planning and managing organizational resources across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Our Finance students are learning theory and skill-based tools and frameworks to prepare them for practice in public service organizations through both a management and policy lens.
About Program Goals
These projects can span the field of finance from both an internal managerial perspective (financial management) and an external policy perspective (public finance).
About the Collaboration Format
Capstone brings together teams of graduate students to address complex challenges and identify new opportunities for nonprofit, governmental, health-related, urban planning, and international agencies. Project teams approach their assignments with initiative and professionalism. They organize and frame their projects into a thorough work plan that results in a carefully considered final product. Every team produces a written report and conducts a final presentation of their findings and recommendations.
