WBCUtah, in mid-September, switched platforms to provide consistency in our advising and tools to improve the experience and impact of working with our advisors, which also included a CRM. We also sub-licensed a LMS with the same company (powered by TalentLMS) and are able to generate nice reports that are uploaded to a federal portal (required through our funding and agreement with the SBA). 

The new platform is great for advising, but the CRM aspect is clunky and has required a lot of work-arounds. We now need to spend more time research different options, including APIs and possibly tech stacking to get to our desired processes and outcomes, which are not being met right now. 

We took a lot of time to research, select the platform(s) and then migrating data and implementing. I'm sick thinking about having to start over with research but we do need to figure out what could be tweaked or changed to check all of our boxes, including client experience and ensuring a seamless process for ensuring those who participate on our services are adequately eligible (have completed a required sign up form).

Our clients are getting confused and our team is getting frustrated. We need help!
