Over the last 8 years ACLAMO has grown from an organization comprised of 8 staff members and a small to medium budget to a staff of over 80 full and part-time staff and a multimillion dollar budget. This exponential growth has meant a correspondingly significant in our programs, facilities, and impact. At the same time the policies, procedures, and structures that support long term sustainable growth for a non-profit have not yet been fully realized. This ranges from pedagogical and program development, research, fundraising, outreach, and marketing, and beyond.

ACLAMO needs individuals who can research and understand our community's needs, translate that to practical actions for the organization, and assist ACLAMO to modernize our internal structures to support our long term sustainable growth and impact. Individuals interested in development and fundraising, human resources, outreach and public relations, marketing and communications, and strategic planning would all be welcome to aid ACLAMO in this next phase of our growth when we look to solidifying our gains.

The project would be successful for ACLAMO if at the end we have a body of  research and data to utilize within our programs and development strategies. We would also consider the project a success if we are able to develop and establish a guide for internal policies and procedure as well as market analysis and plans for successfully communicating about ACLAMO in ways that elevate our profile, influence the narrative about Latinos in the region, and authentically connect with our community.
